What is Jubilo?

Jubilo is a wedding photo app with no download required. Guests scan your QR code and upload photos and videos into your shared gallery.

Do guests need an app?

No. There is no app and no login required.
Open the camera, scan the QR code, enter your first name – done.

Usage

Does it work for older guests?

Yes. Jubilo is extremely easy to use – even guests aged 60+ had no problems.

Can guests upload multiple photos & videos?

Yes, unlimited. And in original quality.

Events & Albums

Can we use Jubilo for multiple events?

Yes, of course. Many couples create albums for the rehearsal dinner, civil ceremony, wedding and brunch.

How long does our gallery run?

12 months from the first upload. Not from the purchase date.

Download & access

Can guests download everything?

Yes. Individual downloads are always possible.
As the admin, you can also receive a complete download.

Who can see the photos?

Only you and your guests.
You can also set individual albums to private.

Order & delivery

How quickly do we receive the QR code?

The table cards arrive within 1–3 business days.
Upon request, we can send you your admin link immediately.

Can we also buy at short notice?

Yes, even on the wedding day.
