Jubilo is a wedding photo app that requires no download. Guests scan your QR code and upload photos and videos to your shared gallery.
Do guests need an app?
No. Neither an app nor a login is required.
Open the camera, scan the QR code, enter your first name – done.

Does this also work for older guests?
Shipping costs a flat rate of €5.99.
We ship your order completely free of charge for orders over €100.
How long does shipping take?
Yes. Jubilo is incredibly easy – even guests aged 60+ had no problems.
Events & Albums
Can we use Jubilo for multiple events?
Yes, of course. Many couples create albums for their bachelorette party, civil ceremony, wedding & brunch.
How long will our gallery run?
12 months from the first upload. Not from the date of purchase.
Download & Access
Can guests download everything?
Yes. Individual downloads are always possible.
As an administrator, you can also receive a complete download.
Who sees the pictures?
Just you and your guests.
You can also set individual albums to private.
Funktioniert es auch für ausländische Gäste?
Ja, Jubilo ist so eingestellt, dass es sich der Sprache vom Gast anpasst und falls er nicht Deutsch ist, wird die Galerie automatisch auf English übersetzt.

How quickly will we receive the QR code?
The place cards will arrive in 1–3 business days. We will send you your admin link directly upon request.
Can we buy on short notice?
Yes, even on the wedding day.
You can use the digital QR code immediately; just send us a short message and we will send you the admin link.
