Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the website www.jubilo.shop, as well as to all resulting deliveries, services and legal relationships between Jubilo and the customer.
Deviating terms of the customer will not be recognised unless expressly confirmed in writing by Jubilo.

2. Contracting Party

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

All product presentations on www.jubilo.shop are not binding offers, but invitations to place an order.

A contract is concluded as follows:

  • The customer places products in the shopping cart

  • Proceeds through the checkout process

  • And clicks “Buy now”

By clicking this button, the customer submits a binding purchase offer.

Receipt of the order is confirmed by email. This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract if the customer has selected prepayment.
For payments via PayPal or other instant payment methods, the contract is concluded upon successful payment confirmation.

If prepayment is selected, the contract is only considered concluded once the customer receives a separate order confirmation/invoice by email.

4. Contract Text / Language

The contract text is stored on internal systems.
The Terms & Conditions are available at any time at www.jubilo.shop and may be printed.
The contract language is German.

5. Correction Options

Input errors may be corrected by:

  • navigating back within the order process

  • editing the input fields

  • closing the browser window

6. Prices

All prices include statutory VAT and may include shipping costs where applicable.

7. Payment Methods

Available payment methods:

  • PayPal

  • Credit card

  • Klarna

  • Apple Pay

No additional fees are charged.

8. Invoicing

Invoices are sent electronically by email.
VAT is shown in accordance with §19 UStG.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Digital and physical products are offered:

Digital products

  • Delivered by email or download link

  • Immediately after payment, unless otherwise stated

Physical products

  • Shipped within max. 72 hours after payment

  • Worldwide shipping possible

  • Carrier chosen at Jubilo’s discretion

10. Retention of Title

All delivered products remain the property of Jubilo until payment is complete.

11. Compensation for Diminished Value

The customer must compensate for diminished value if it results from handling the goods in a way not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality.

12. Return Shipping Costs

In case of withdrawal, the customer bears the return shipping costs.

13. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

The warranty period for used goods is one year.
Excluded are damage claims arising from:

  • injury to life, body or health

  • gross negligence or intent

  • breach of essential contractual obligations

Guarantees are only granted if expressly stated for the product.

15. Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Right

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Start of the withdrawal period:

  • Physical products → upon receipt of goods

  • Digital products → at conclusion of contract, unless early fulfilment has been agreed

Consequences of Withdrawal

Jubilo will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method.

Jubilo may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of shipment is provided.

Goods must be returned immediately, no later than 14 days, to:

Exclusion of Withdrawal Right

No withdrawal is possible for:

  • personalised/custom-made products

  • sealed products for hygiene reasons once opened

  • perishable goods

  • digital content after download/streaming, if prior consent was given

16. Data Protection

The Privacy Policy on www.jubilo.shop applies.
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

17. Cookies

The website uses cookies to provide functionality.
Cookies may be disabled in the browser, which may lead to restrictions.

18. Dispute Resolution

You have the option of out-of-court dispute resolution according to Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013.
According to § 36 VSBG, we are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
